I would like to know how can can i group nodes of clusters like this>

This was mentioned on features page

Partition Panel > select an attribute > click on the Group button below.

It doesn't create any connected layer like in the picture. It just merges/groups all the nodes of one class to one big node.

You need to right click - expand these groups after that.
