Hello everybody. I'm new here
I'm a Ph.D. student and I'm taking some classes in Graph Theory and I'm using Gephi as a tool to help me acomplish some tasks.
I'm working in a project that consists in loading a dataset of a weighted and undirected graph, create its MST manually (i'm using Jarnik-Prim algorithm) and after the MST is generated, I'm slicing the graph in N groups. To create each group I just remove the N most heavy edge of the graph. My program is ready and it is capable of batch process N datasets, encoded in GraphML to create the files that I need.
I almost finished to write my conclusions, but now, to improve my work, I want to create a dinamic graph that shows the evolution of my solucion, i.e., original graph -> MST -MST with 2 groups -> MST with 3 groups -> ... -> MST with N groups.
Unfortunatly, I didn't use gephi toolkit from the begining (I'm using JUNG as my graph framework) and now I'm using it and it seems to be better than JUNG... Anyway, I want to know if there is anybody that have some solution to merge all my datasets into one to generate the evolution of the graph, or some gephi plugin. I'm sending my dataset "evolution". I started to code a solution for it, but if there is anything ready to use it would be better.
